This jam will stay good in your fridge for up to a couple months, and can make pretty much anything taste better—steel-cut oats, plain greek yogurt, homemade biscuits, or ricotta pancakes.

I like to bottle stewed tomatoes and then when I pull a bottle out, I can decide at the last minute what to make. So many options!
