  • 1 bunch of radishes, slice thin or quartered

  • Olive oil

  • Butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Garlic to taste


  1. Slice or quarter your radishes and add them to a hot skillet with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. Add a little butter for flavor when

Another yummy tip: Young radish leaves (before they start getting prickly) make the most delightful salad. It is especially good with ranch dressing or bleu cheese dressing. Two sides in one!
