About the Recipe
2 cups yogurt, plain
10 ounces of spinach, frozen and chopped (thawed and drained)
1/3 cup onion, fresh-minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 envelope Lipton Vegetable Recipe Soup and Dip Mix
Assorted cut up vegetables for dipping
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
Refrigerate for about an hour.
Serve with fresh vegetables for dipping.
