This baked rice pudding is warm, comforting, and makes for the perfect breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients
1 cup short-grain white rice
3 cups whole milk
1 (14-ounce) can evaporated milk
⅓ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 325 F and lightly grease a large baking dish with butter.
Put the rice, milk, evaporated milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in a large bowl and mix to combine.
Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the cinnamon evenly all over the top and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes.
