About the Recipe
1 tablespoon (heaping) black peppercorns
2 teaspoons whole cloves
2 teaspoons freshly grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Grind peppercorns and cloves together in a spice grinder or with a mortar and pestle.
Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container. Yield 1/8 cup
