Ingredients
6 scallions, white and green parts
2 teaspoons seeded and minced habanero pepper (use gloves when cutting and seeding)
4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 teaspoon allspice
Preparation
Combine ingredients in a blender and process until mixture forms a paste. Yield 1 ¼ cups
Rub on meats and grill to desired doneness.
