About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 cups all-purpose white flour

  • 4 teaspoons baking powder

  • 4 teaspoons salt

  • 8 cups granulated white sugar

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

  2. Stir with a wire whisk until evenly distributed.

  3. Put in an airtight container and label with date and contents.

  4. Store in a cool dry place.

  5. Use within 10-12 weeks (but know that it does last longer)
