About the Recipe
6 cups all-purpose white flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
4 teaspoons salt
8 cups granulated white sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Stir with a wire whisk until evenly distributed.
Put in an airtight container and label with date and contents.
Store in a cool dry place.
Use within 10-12 weeks (but know that it does last longer)
