Tapioca Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sugar

  • 2 ¾ cup milk

  • 3 tablespoons tapioca

  • 1 egg, slightly beaten

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

  1. Combine everything except the vanilla in a saucepan. Let stand for 5 minutes.

  2. Cook on medium until a full boil.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

  4. Cool for 20 minutes, stir, and serve warm or chilled. Makes 6 cups.
