2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons salt
3 cups grated carrots (can be frozen)
4 eggs (fresh or dried)
2 teaspoons soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a lightly greased 9” x 13” baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
When cooled, frost with Cream Cheese frosting
