Carrot Cake

45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 3 cups grated carrots (can be frozen)

  • 4 eggs (fresh or dried)

  • 2 teaspoons soda

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a lightly greased 9” x 13” baking pan. 

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.  


When cooled, frost with Cream Cheese frosting
