About the Recipe
1 cup long grain rice (other rice can be substituted)
12 cups spagetti noodles (uncooked, broken up really small)
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
2-3 tablespoons chicken bouillon (to taste)
2 tablespoons butter
2 1/2 cups chicken broth or water
Mix dry ingredients in jar. Seal and label with instructions. Store in a cool, dry place.
Melt the butter and add the chicken broth. Add the bottle of the Rice A Roni mix.
Bring to a boil, and then let simmer for about 20 minutes or until liquid is gone.
Turn off heat and let rest for 2 minutes.
