Ingredients
2 cups white sugar
2/3 cup water
Preparation
Put sugar in small kettle on high heat.
Have water ready to pour on sugar as it starts to melt.
It is very important to pour water in at first sight of red melted sugar as it is boiling.
Pour water in very slowy. Do not stir at anytime.
Boil on a medium rolling for about 20 minutes
Serve on pancakes, waffles, or biscuits.
